Why CR? The runaway has already been extended to include time to consider both selling 1 or 2 or 3 projects not currently being developed and to find one or more partners to provide finance.
Don't forget Lilac's contribution.
Also, don't forget that train 1 will be producing before train 2 is built and commissioned.
