Yes it's probably a very dangerous game they're playing with KCN having much more to lose than Nebari - message to those two: just sign the damn documents as you've backed yourself into a corner and you're never going to beat a loan shark(remember Taurus). There are only two more business days before 30June and you need to get this done before then otherwise your FY24 Financial Statements are going to look much worse than they already are.
