i think the so called audited set of anything is a single article released to yahoo that just has a few sets of numbers on it. There has been no proper financial reportng from quantum to date. The article on yahoo is able to be posted for a fee of about 100$ or less. There is no validity to any of quantum's revenues, the only thing we have is a puff piece they released. I asked the same question yanira how on earth is a company suppose to list on the Nasdaq if they haven't been properly audited in well, forever. Much less a penny stock that has no volume at all that just got hit with a cease and desist not two months ago. Quantum right now cannot list on the Nasdaq because they don't meet the requirements, a prospectus from whenever means nothing if the stock can't trade at a certain level
