I can't look past the incompetence of the chair of Vonex . he took the business on at 9 cents and sold it for sub 4 after 18 months of stewardship, getting a 1/2 year earning wrong and writing off 20m in goodwill. He then put in a mate to "steady the ship". and promptly nearly put it into liquidation. next we hear the ASX giving a please explain for what only could be deamed as possible inside trading! in summary I reckon this has had warts all over it and Ronald MacDonald could have done a better job!
