1. Your company and affiliates has NOT produced ANY pioneering drug discoveries. Most things you touch fails, is costly and lacks business acumen.

2. You haven’t delivered ANY product of real commercial value.

3. You’re haven’t delivered ANY sustainable revenue streams or markets, distribution partnerships or IP.

4. You haven’t delivered on Quarterly Reports ie Malta production facility operating - a complete failure and false statement amongst many other things.

5. You and your cronies - ex director Mitchell and Co have bleed (IMHO) or swindled the company dry for a decade or more at shareholders expense. You and others have presided over a sinking SP, countless CR’s and corporate, including financial restructuring producing NO tangible outcomes, poorly designed or more truthfully, no consistent sales, marketing and distribution plans, no final completion of products, no shareholder feedback on clinical trials and on, and on, and on it goes. You have put your hand out and given nothing in return. The company has bitten the hand that feeds it way, way too often.

6. I hope ASIC and the ASX take a close look at how this company is being managed, how, where, when and why shareholder money has been spent and whether ASX rules have been complied too and the corporations law upheld. Perhaps retail investors consider a class action.
