    Would certainly be the cheapest way for NZO/CUE's backers to get the rest of the Amadeus fields, plus the exploration thrown in for free. At the current price even with +40%, with CTP net debt free they'd basically just be paying for Mereenie, then PV, Dingo and all the exploration acreage including helium is free.

    If they offered 7.5c in scrip I'd be pretty tempted to take it. Not because I think it's a good deal, just because my opinion of CTP's leadership is that low.
