true but instead of making these obnoxious vapes etc illegal they should instead be informing people in a manner that young people have access to instead of a blanket illegality.... which even now is being watered down.
many controlled drugs, eg fentanyl, are "controlled substances" and theft of these are very low. the problem is the illegal imports. ABF are concentrating on snus, vapes, opiates and amphetamine-like chemistry.
but the problem is so much more volatile and vicious in Vic than elsewhere..... why is Victoria the prime target for this form of Capone-style dynamics.
