My thoughts exactly.
Bluey's post with the map of the desalination plants in Northern Chile indicate that there is already a significant amount of water infrastructure in the area that could supply; and if not, easily work towards capacity upgrades much quicker than builder a desal plant from scratch. HCH's water business idea will have to compete with all these other desal plants in the area. As I said, I think HCH needs to focus on their core business of getting a commercial copper mine into production.
