With today's ann, two things became clear to me:
1) The $20,000,000 is not $USD at all but $AUD.
2) A corresponding number of fee shares was apparently agreed with Long State. That would explain the SP lately.
3) Apparently it was waited so long, before the SP noticeably reduced the number of fee shares, probably with the ann's coming up soon.
4) Could one conclude from this that the SP .....
