This says to ME (my interpretation) that Asset had expectation of DRILLING in the first half of 2024:
Asset is in communication with drilling
contractors and other operators who have recently contracted rigs for work in the
Australian offshore, for drilling to begin in the first-half of 2024 (subject to NOPTA’s
decision).
