How much truth is there in the video above from a couple of weeks ago about china not wanting to sell graphite to the USA. Is there any indication if this is happening, imminent, observable ?
Could that be why shorts are exiting ? Also, do the shorts have any ties to China. As in would they have the means of being aware of a decision before it occurs to protect their financial interests ?
are shorts getting an opportunity to exit here ?
