Good question, 5000bopd is roughly 40 truck loads (20 trucks twice a day). The area around the drill pad is a tidal flood plain and the roads are dirt roads. I think it's the capacity allowed down the roads rather then per well pad. If other pads are built on different roads then the 5000bopd would change.
A pipeline is definitely needed at some point soon.
