the 10% of EBITA includes his 3-year incentives but yeah. it's a monster pay packet.
I am all for it if he delivers. But this can't just be a get syd licence back is a pass mark.
At that pay he should be doing it all including growing revenue and EBITA numbers. Time will tell.
