Just checking back on available info, there are now approximately 55m shares on issue (51.6m from 2023 Annual Report, plus the recently advised 3m employee options and rights). Funds set aside for share buyback is $275m, so at $11 that would buy back 25m shares (45% of shares on issue) but if the buy back was at $12 that would buy back 23m shares (42% of shares on issue)
