IF they could have stopped it they would have already done so....months ago. They are working with the same legislation/same NOPTA provisions/same department people (i assume who worked in the Scoomoooo regime) - and they have not been able to find something in the OPGGS Act to stop it. Maybe they are still looking and praying for a miracle... it is beyond pathetic!!
