It's highly likely that anyone selling at the moment is doing so at a loss (given 19c is the lowest price Sparc has sold for) including all the sophisticated investors who bought in at 22c.
That stated those sophisticated investors were given a reason to buy and I do see a fruitful future but it may take a few months yet.
Government grant funding is surely around the corner...
