They don't owe MAY anything not sure where you've come up with that they gave MAY a facility to use for their portion of the drill campaign and that's what you see on the quarterly reports it's not an amount owing or debt to MAY.
Basically MAY will have 12 mil left at the end JUNE and I Have no idea if they can use any of this cash is allowed to be used on CUBAN operations. Maybe AP the white knight will throw a couple of mil of his own cash and buy a whole heap more MAY shares in the next raise so that he can never be kicked out having even more control
