Aware's notice was an initial holding for the shares it bought in or before the IPO. If you look at transaction price per share most entries are around $18/share.
So Aware is not loading up at $30/share.
Interesting that Pinnacle/Hyperion is buying more at around the $30/share mark. Explains a good chunk of where the buying is coming from.
