They need to be hands on during drilling. ie. the expl manager or whoever their senior tech guy is should be on site on top of everything looking over everyones shoulder to make sure they're doing the right thing. No use monitoring it from Brisbane, its not a video game. Who knows WTF is really going on on site? Using contractors etc. for critical oversight work imo does not cut it. They're not invested enough. You could almost speculate melbana has been fd around by the guys on site and they don't even know it.
