Anything other than the current year is, by definition, a forecast. So yes, annual revenue of USD 664m in 9 years time is a forecast.
I think the valuation is less important. The report contains a lot of valuable content and almost feels like we're receiving information from the company wrapped as an analyst report (e.g. timelines, royalty rates, etc.).
