You have skipped an assumption which frankly makes your entire analysis redundant.
You have used the 10 year average cost, which isnt realistic. The only thing that matters for LTR is the first few years of operation and paying that interest.
Take a look at other operations and see what their costs looked like during ramp and comissioning. Also bear in mind this isn't a simple mining operation. Additionally no mine has ever managed to achieve sc6 in its first few years of operation, not even Greenbushes.
