From the 2023 Annual Report, she has 280k shares.
Looking back at previous annual reports, it appears she was paid about 50% cash and 50% performance rights.
I don't care enough to do a thorough investigation, but it seems the large majority of her shares were "performance rights" (AKA gifted to her), with little to no on market purchases.

The corresponding share price performance from July 2022 to June 2023 was a decline from $1.00 to $0.47c - or 53%.
Since then it has fallen from $0.47c to $0.088 (yesterday's close) - a decline of 81%
This ignores the fall from ~$2 highs in March 2022 to yesterday's close of $0.088c - a decline of 95.6%
