You won't see any bolders in that image, the graphite has already been processed and taken out of the Fine ore Bin,
I am surprised how little the LTH know about their own investment,

Yes that was from 6 months ago, WKT did expect these orders to be shipped in Jan, yet they failed to build the plant within its forecasts.
You might want to read the other announcements about the additional testing period some customers will take to validate the commercial production.
