We all know his trademark response line, "we feel your pain, we know people are doing it tough".
Well once again it looks like country people will be doing it tough sometime down the track !! Not only right now with his obsession at surplus's at any cost , but a few years away, with banks with a history of closing branches having been approved by Grim Jim. Yes your only banking option might be gone very shortly. Jim ,approving bank mergers ,that only means one outcome. The customer to suffer yet again.!!
