If some lithium hodlers in lithium stock forum talk about total confidence in their lithium stock to reach beyond all time highs in the longer run just by holding tight, and being unfazed and impervious to a dilutive discounted CR in the near future, then why the need to come out in public forum to express it, if that is not intended merely to shore up confidence. I believe the ones who truly hold tight are the silent holders. They are going to hold no matter what, CR or no CR, crash or no crash, total unquestionable commitment to the very end...but their conviction and total belief in the face of adversity does not mean they are right or could be right to the very end.

A major lithium stock can go on to make a -30% fall from here and then languish for another 1-2 years or longer and by the end of the 3rd year, it could be just making up ground for full recovery of the earlier -30% fall, let alone scale higher to its all time high. The unfazed hodler would simply ride through it all, and say he/she is back in the black after 3 years (from 3 years ago, not from all time high of the 2020/21). By the 4th year, we don't know where battery chemistry landscape will be like and where lithium stands in the mix, after all the surplus capacity has been developed. Such a scenario becomes more likely should we face a US market crash in late 2024/ or 2025.
