if the CR was already in progress they can’t speak about it though, once CR is being discussed with institutions non-disclosure clause comes with it till it gets executed unless it’s SPP available for holders etc then holders get notified.
what was he supposed to say then? ‘Oh yeah I just had a meeting to discuss CR?’ Or ‘CR ann is coming soon, wait guys’?
it was true that AW1 didn’t desperately need CR but considering the volatility of current economic conditions if someone offers large cash they better accept it.
it’s better to get more coin in the kitty right now than begging for it when you’ve got nothing in your pocket.
