Does the wording of the release lean away from an appeal?, the wording {in relation to the receipt of an exploration permit at the Company’s Penikat Project}, if its an appeal i would have thought it would read { in relation to our application for an exploration permit}, but you never know, they may be just softening the blow, oh well not much sleep for the weekend then...
