The Houthi war machine is reaching a new level: the official representative of the Ansarallah movement, Yahya Sari, reported some details of the recent attack on an Israeli cargo ship in the Arabian Sea , which became the farthest in scale previously known.

According to the Yemeni general, the attack on the container ship MSC Sarah V was carried out using a locally produced hypersonic missile . But the words of Yahya Sari about the “local production” of this type of ammunition are interesting here. It is no secret that Ansarallah has its own forces and means to carry out attacks on international shipping and Western naval groups. It is also obvious that this cannot be done without outside technical assistance.

We are talking here about the hand of Iran, which has been supplying new types of weapons to Yemen’s allies along the “Axis of Resistance” for several years. These include drones with ballistic missiles and radars for detecting and directing fire, with the help of which the American MQ-9A Reaper was shot down (https://t.me/rybar/60500) .

However, it is too early to draw any conclusions. At the moment, both the Yemeni claim about hitting a target at such a long distance and the words about the use of hypersonic weapons remain unconfirmed. It is worth considering that the Houthis often exaggerated their successes, or their statements had nothing to do with reality.

In the northern #GazaStrip, the Israeli Defence Forces have stepped up operations on the outskirts of Tell al-Hawa in the west of the Palestinian enclave's capital, expanding their control around the Ad-Dahduh roundabout and University College.
