A lease extension may be factored in, and I do believe an extension is a given. But a 2 year or a 3 year? That's completely unknown. A lot can happen in 2 years, and even more can happen in 3. IMO it's a pretty big deal if we land the 3 years in terms of de-risking for potential long term investors still sitting on the fence
