No that isn't right, for the agreement to become "binding" WKT needs to achieve the 15ktpa export rate (41 bags per day) of salable graphite, Based on Mikes tweets, we have only seen 4 trucks depart after 7.5 weeks of production.
You have assumed there is more departing than what Mike has tweeted, i am not going to make unsubstantiated claims on any additional shipments without confirmation from Mike or the company,
Based on the available data, WKT has not achieved the 15kt export rate, that would make the agreement binding, If WKT samples fail to live up to their customer's requirements, this agreement needs those customers to make it binding agreement. When you consider the graphite market is in surplus and the ASX largest producer is running on demand, I cannot see how WKT will be able to achieve these rates of export when they are yet to produce the jumbos (49% of production) which are claimed to be in short supply.
