    I think, unless the license has a rollover clause in it saying something like 'you don't hear from us (Zim gov), then it rolls over for another x number of years', then it would need to be disclosed one way or the other. Nothing a market dislikes more than uncertainty and currently there is enough without adding the license to the list.
