House prices are up for the last 16 months in a row, unless they start falling significantly the RBA won't care if they soften a little.
Unemployment fell 0.1% in May to 4.0%, the ideal rate according to the RBA is 4.5%, plenty of headroom.
Unemployment is not going to 5.0% unless we have a black swan event.
