Slightly contentious, none the less I'm intrigued, would a new CEO (as has been suggested here) favourably adjust your view of the stock?
I suspect she's in it for a deal, but maybe they need a gun younger CEO / she retains board seat (gets given significant incentive for deal), or they co-ceo (or whatever) until a deal is done?
Someone with recent senior BP experience in segment, maybe a deal maker ?
