Think about a change of leadership at any company you have invested in, worked in or owned. What does permission to play (not even good) look like when you take on that leadership role?
A leader comes on board, initiates roadshows and meetings to give people an insight into their modus operandi and vision for the company and how they will go about delivering on said vision.
They do this to give stakeholders confidence they have a person with aptitude and skill at the helm, to begin the process of developing trust and to start afresh, its a new era and I will take us to new highs and heres why!. Even CJ did it to some degree when he took over from the esteemed #1 mining conference attendee many years running, PH.

Shalders has thus far presided over a failed fire sale, forgotten they had people interested in water and gold tailings and hasnt said a word to anyone about anything POS related save for the silly proactive interview they wasted money on when CJ was flying out the door. He sold some equipment based on the last quarterly.

So my view is, PH has asked him to serve his sentence carrying the baton while the funeral takes place, perhaps with the promise of looking after him down the track in a role somewhere as a possible travel partner for future travel to conferences. If so be careful BS, sometimes he can say things that allude to one thing....

"Brendan was the Chief Financial Officer at Poseidon Nickel Ltd from September 2019 to March 2024 and so has in depth knowledge of Poseidon Nickel and its projects."

His one listed achievement: "assisted mining clients" - Utterly inspirational!! His own linkedin is no better although he has amassed all of 3 endorsements for investor relations - clearly best of breed in this space.

Cannot even define enthusiasm or any real achievements whatsoever during his time at POS on the website.... Looks like he is a victim of the insular WA small cap merry go round where I commented to a friend earlier today he / PH wouldn't stand a chance serving out a week in a junior role at a non mining corporate before the hiring manager realised what they were dealing with and cut and run....

To be fair to him though, there are really no employees or equipment left so its probably pretty time consuming bucketing water up all of those declines now theyve turned the pumps off and doing the drop off / pick up of the helly hansen jackets at the dry cleaners each week...
Who on earth has time for shareholder engagement....

The below from business news... If you like saying goodbye to things, stats would say you should back something PH is involved with....
