investors make joint bid for centro, page-9

Hi Boom, there was an article in the Australian yesterday suggesting at sell off the share would be worth at least 40 cents, due to the NTA and the heavy write downs over the last couple of years. Per my earlier post BOD value is 38 cents on their valuation (recent ann), so I can't imagine they would sell of less than 40 cents per share. This is could be my first 10 banger! It will be interesting to see if the mkt reacts today. TFP
