There are more than 40,000 shareholders and every one of them values BRN on a different level.
Some shareholders think BRN is going to $99 or $100
So, only FACT matters. Perceived Value of $1.59 is just an estimation, and in real terms does not mean anything. It is also based on another company's takeover, which happened a few years ago.
UNLESS an actual company submits a figure on the table, or the market re-assesses the situation based on up coming financial figures, or another IP deal comes through, this $1.59 does not mean anything.
You may call it rubbish, I call it realish.
