As to your above quote, I too would like an explanation to how all this works. What body controls what? What exactly does exclusive mean and who controls it? Who is directive of the “exclusive rights”? Governments, councils, states, who? I understand the structure of NMT/SMS/Primobius/RIL/Critical but how is all this enforced and controlled? I assume not by NMT and SMS. Who’s says Happy Peckers Lib Recycling can’t not operate in any of these “exclusive rights” jurisdiction??
