Well when I first bought in LKE had a market cap of $20 million
One year ago the spot price of lithium was 6X what it is today
Experts estimate that by 2030 we will need 5X the lithium that is produced today
Management of LKE have been both visionary and shonky
LKE execs have always been well remunerated
The thing that has sent the price into a nose dive is not Steve's appalling behavior or of the Chair selling or the current CEO being on big bucks.
What has sent the price into a nose dive is the collapse of the lithium price which I must admit took me completely by surprise.
If lithium was still selling for $80 per kilo LKE would have secured financing and offtakers. We would all be celebrating at the crown.
