That would indicate to me that a Capital Raise is just around the corner - giving the shorts a very lucrative exit and then the opportunity to reload more short positions.
Hopefully retail investors are included if there is a raise but I suspect Gina might be the only beneficiary - meaning dilution and a lower share price for existing holders.
