Financing without dilution of the share registry but with dilution of the share of our future profits which were not looking likely to happen, until now.
Fact is we were not capable of getting these projects off the ground with the current management and they have realised they need help from Shandong.
I don't mind that at all and this deal is the reason why Costello and Frazer were happy taking payment in shares. They knew this was in the pipeline and they know our price will rise because of this good deal. Smart
