I spoke with Simon 18 months ago on the phone and asked him if we could get itemised costings for any upcoming work and he said ‘Yeah we will definitely do that’. This is such a basic thing and we are still waiting for it. Nobody should be surprised that we haven’t heard anything about a deal. Actions speak louder than words as they say and this company continues to disappoint.
