The reason for the dire share price is there is no showing there is progress towards something eventually that will produce an income and the company isn't just dormant.
All we have is 'Yes, we have what looks like a good resource that can be exploited quickly' then nothing really ever since.
Can't tell if they are just being secretive as perhaps (who knows) they are in negotiations to do something or they just aren't doing anything.
