my response about inflation beginning under morrison is nothing more than a point to be made to idiots who think that albanese is the creator of the inflation in oz

if one is true - then the other must be true

what IS true is that there's a huge part of the inflation rate in Australia that is caused by rent prices

and that IS the fault of governments past -------- the only thing that I can see that Albanese and Labor could have done to stem that a little since May 22 -

would have been to stop immigration ----------- but, that would have collapsed the economy totally - so, that was not possibly as a responsible move.

If we took out rents and things to do with housing - Oz probably would look pretty reasonable in the inflation stakes

the answers to the housing side are --------- well, there aren't any. None that can be rapid fix - unless one wants to go absolutely radical - and then, it will take time to get traction - months - and that's full radical

using normal measures, - to fix the housing issues in Australia - IMO, we're looking at decades to get to a reasonable situation

on housing - it's all been said before. And housing - is - the greatest player in inflation in Oz atm
