Sorry Mir , I hope you don't mind me to repost this , just find extremely interesting the differences between this 2 reports.
Waylering value at 8c or 223M it doesn't add up.
Maccas have assigned 10Pj to W7 , Euros talking between 20Pj to 30 Pj ( I wonder how this is getting calculated )
Hopefully Euros can issue a new one with the Peaker Plant as Maccas is giving 1c to it or 31M val.
$0 value to all other exploration and Precinct land value.
Overall a very dissapoint review by Maccas especially the plug in of other codes in the sector at the top of the research , surprising really it just sounds like some of the downrampers on HC.
