The NOPTA advice in that FOI documet is dated 29 April 2020 and it says at the bottom of the page that a decision due date for the State Delegate of 12 May 2020 and the Commonwealth Delegate 14 May 2020. So obviously it looks like NOPTA does indicate in their advice that the JA delegates.should make a decision within a 2 week timeframe from receiving their recommendation.
in summary this whole process has been a complete clusterf#$k.
