The performance rights and vesting conditions are a joke. Drill 3 holes in the same tenement with a half decent intersect and get 5 million performance rights!!!!
Get all performance rights vested if you leave the company…not only in a takeover, but just if they get terminated…!!!!
Who knew old 2nd hand car salesman had earned ~$750k this year (including PR’s)!!! For what?
