You're entitled to your opinion, but your previous few posts "have been removed due to flaming or baiting".
If you intend on making a point, be specific. Specify what the circumstances were. Specify your understanding of why the options were issued and the associated funded programs. And specify your understanding of how planned activities relative to those programs have gone since coming on board as CEO.
Otherwise, your posts just come across as vague garbage.
