Honestly you would think that these guys would be putting the the interests of the shareholders first, as they are shareholders, and have a lot of shares. one little drop in share price costs them a lot of money.
That's what I am kind of thinking with Mr Smith leaving. He still owns 20 million shares. its in his interest to go because if MHC fails its a lot of cash to lose lol. Kell increased his share holding, before releasing nothing.
I don't think Mr Smith would of left, if this was a scam company because they both would of just kept the same scheme going and just released the legally required reports every quarter until the money drys up, which would take a while as they have over 2 million in cash and with higher interest rates they could get a decent income just on interest alone.
The announcement does state that they are currently progressing with the lithium project. We just haven't been informed yet on what that progress looks like.
I'd also like to point out the 123 Million shares at 0.1c. If you sell at 0.15c your not buying back in at 0.1c. your out for good unless you buy back at 0.2c plus. Unless your selling to yourself lol. or your able to buy at 0.15 for some reason, I can't
I just think they are geologists, they're just not sales or marketing. (and haven't wasted money on that). Its not a glossy cover company. Also Covid.
not sure if they were waiting for the gold price to increase.
