They wont be voted down, same as any other Company that rewards Management performance.
Complaining in a chatroom will certainly not influence and significant shareholders, or their Votes (The Performance rights will be passed easily, in my opinion)
btw.... what is wrong with the PDI "performance"....FACTS, not misinformed opinions.... I'll answer --- NOTHING! The PDI performance has been excellent, if one really looks at what has been achieved.
And, of course, the development of the Company continues at a pace mostly governed by The Guinea Authorities.
