Here's my logic. Lithium selling at $80 per kilo, employ the number of people necessary to get the Kachi project off the ground which was hundreds of people. One year later price of lithium is sub $13, reduce employment levels needed to run Kachi in care and maintenance mode.
The argument is simple for months LKE have been telling people that staffing levels would have to match activity levels.
I still think there is room to cut. I would sub let the office in Houston and run everything out of Sydney. I would reduce the board to the statutory minimum number which is 3.
